Paula Santos
Administrator – Property Management / Renewals / Terminations

Paula joined June McConnell Residential Sales, Lettings and Management in July of 2020. She comes to the business with a long working history in the commercial and residential industry. Having gained an honours Bachelor Degree in International Relations in her home country of Brazil, from 2009 she worked in property administration overseeing tenancies, leases and rents on commercial units.

Paula took on the role of Renewals and Terminations Administrator back in 2020 which sees her taking charge of all aspects of the lettings renewals and terminations procedures including rent reviews, replacement tenants, coordinating check outs and ensuring all RTB regulations are applied as per the Residential Tenancies Act. In May 2023, Paula also took on the role of looking after all the day to day maintenance for our managed property portfolio.
